Benzema bags hattrick as Real Madrid book their place in the Copa del Rey final after defeating Barca 4-0 in Camp Nou 



Real Madrid delivered a stunning performance against rivals Barcelona, securing a 4-0 victory at Camp Nou and booking their place in the Copa del Rey final.


Vinicius opened the scoring in the 45+1 minute, following a swift counter-attack that saw Lewandowski denied by Courtois. Benzema found Vinicius in the box, and his effort was spilled by the keeper before being squeezed home by Vini.

Benzema doubled the lead in the 50th minute with a sublime finish, following a nice play from Modric to roll the ball to him. Real Madrid were awarded a penalty in the 57th minute after Kessie brought down Vinicius Jr with a lazy lunge, and Benzema confidently converted it down the middle.

Benzema completed his hattrick in the 80th minute, with a cool finish. The victory sees Real Madrid progress to the Copa del Rey final, leaving Barcelona to reflect on a disappointing performance.
