Frank Lampard was given a warm send-off at the end of the season as he is set to leave his role as the caretaker manager at Chelsea.
Even though his appointment worked out extremely disappointingly, Lampard was still serenaded by the fans at Stamford Bridge, the stadium where he made his name as a world-class player.
