The transfer deadline day for this summer is tomorrow and of course Chelsea will be very much involved.
It’ll be largely about outgoings now for The Blues, but they should also be announcing their final incoming of the summer, bar any late surprises.
Chelsea look to have signed Cole Palmer from Manchester City and today, the 21-year-old completed his medical to join the club.
That is according to Matt Law of The Telegraph, who posted this afternoon and also says that the announcement is set to be tomorrow!

Good news and a great signing for Chelsea. I think this player has a lot to offer and we are yet to even see close to his full potential. With a run of games I truly think Chelsea have got themselves a bargain gem of a player here.
He’s been great for Manchester City but unable to nail down a regular starting spot due to the world class and more experienced quality ahead of him.
