Chelsea reach verbal agreement to sign creative attacking midfielder
Chelsea are in direct talk with PSV to sign creative attacking midfielder to bolster their squad this January.
They are proposing a verbal agreement with the club and personal terms with the player to close deal soon, as they are in need of creative midfielders and wingers who will create chances for the strikers to score.
Chelsea are going for Noni Madueke with fee worth €30m to finalize his move to Stamford Bridge.
