Reports have claimed that Chelsea will need to smash their transfer record if they are to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli this summer.

Reports broke yesterday that the 24-year-old is currently unwilling to sign a new contract with the Italian club, potentially leaving the door open for a sensational move in the coming months.
Osimhen to cost transfer record fee
The Blues have been one of the clubs strongest linked with a move for him. It has previously been claimed that new manager Mauricio Pochettino has requested the club make a move to bring him in this summer.
However, it has now been claimed that the club will be required to smash their transfer record in order to sign him.

The club have a reputation recently for their top signings not living up to the hype created by their price and the expectation supporters have in them,
However, the same certainly can’t be said for the World Cup winner. Despite the poor form that surrounded the side in what turned out to be a dire campaign, the performances of Fernandez were one bright spot to look back on.
