Chelsea set to sign premier league goal machine

A Chelsea-linked striker is reportedly set to switch agents in a move that could suggest a transfer away from his club is on the cards.

Chelsea have been linked with Brentford and England striker Ivan Toney, but news on that since went quiet after he got his football ban for betting offences and cannot play again until January.

This might not put clubs off, and there is a chance that some interested parties attempt to get a deal done now for the striker, with him then arriving at said club in January ready to play. Or even signing him now and just waiting for him to be back.

Either way, The Sun report that Toney is weighing up a big summer move – to a new agent. He is thought to be considering whether to join the huge stable of top players at CAA Stellar.

They believe that would be regarded as a sign that Toney is also preparing for a transfer to a new club, perhaps even before his eight-month suspension for betting offences runs out in January.

Tottenham, Chelsea and Manchester United are among the clubs to have been linked with the 27-year-old, who has two years left on his current contract.
