Chelsea should bench these players in their next game

Chelsea’s poor run of form continues as they failed to pick any point today at the Stamford bridge stadium against Aston Villa football club, but the team can return to winning ways in upcoming matches if they drop some underperforming players to the bench. Here are 3 players Chelsea should stop using if they want to return to winning ways

1 – Nicolas Jackson: This is one player who has not been able to perform well for Chelsea football club after six premier league matches for Chelsea football club. The coach has given him enough time to blend into the team and perform at an optimum level for the team, but that has not been the case.

He has been missing several chances for the club and he does not deserve to be in the starting lineup of the team for upcoming matches. Armando Broja is definitely a more clinical striker and Jackson should not start ahead of him in upcoming matches.

2 – Thiago Silva: The Brazilian defender is no longer performing at an optimum level for Chelsea football club and that is understandable as he will turn 39 years old on Friday. He is aging and should not be a starter for Chelsea football club at this point in time.

He has been a very sluggish player in recent matches and that is not a kind of defender who can make an impact in the English premier league. He should be demoted to the bench so that a younger defender can start in the central defense position for the blues.

3 – Enzo Fernandez: The Argentine midfielder missed a massive chance for Chelsea football club during the match against Aston Villa football club. He should be dropped to the bench because he has not been creative enough and has not been providing assists for the team.

Fernandez was completely dominated in the midfield by Aston Villa football club players as he could not make any positive impact during the game. He is still playing like an inexperienced player and he should not be included in Chelsea’s starting lineup for upcoming matches.
