Chelsea third signing arrives in London for medical tests to complete his move to Stamford Bridge

As per a report from The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Chelsea have reached an agreement with AS Monaco to sign defender Benoit Badiashile.
The deal for the 21-year-old is worth in the region of €37-38million (£32.8m-£33.7m).
Chelsea have agreed personal terms with Badiashile on long-term contract and his medical is in process of being scheduled.
The Blues have been on the lookout for fresh legs at centre-back since the summer.
Wesley Fofana and Kalidou Koulibaly came in to replace Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen, who are now plying their trades in Spain.
But with Thiago Silva 38 and Cesar Azpilicutea also in his 30s, it makes sense for Chelsea to still be eyeing up some more defensive reinforcements.
Chelsea have been looking at several other young options for the position, including 23-year-old Evan N’Dicka of Eintracht Frankfurt and 20-year-old Piero Hincapie of Bayer Leverkusen.
They also agreed personal terms with Josko Gvardiol in the summer but were unable to strike a deal with RB Leipzig over a transfer fee for the 20-year-old.
Badiashile is a product of Monaco’s academy and has so far made 135 appearances for their senior side.
The 21-year-old was also handed his senior debut for France back in September, but did not make their World Cup squad.
