Expected Chelsea lineup to face Aston Villa

Graham Potter started at Chelsea with the 4-2-3-1 formation before he recently switched to 3-4-3 formation. The England International has been deploying 3 Defenders at the back as he used this against Leeds United, Borussia Dortmund, Leicester City and Everton.
However, Chelsea might soon be able to switch to the Famous 4-3-3 formation. Mateo Kovacic and Enzo Fernandez have been playing together in the last 4 Matches that Chelsea played in this Month before the international break.
The Two Chelsea Midfielders have been out of the West London in the last few days due to the ongoing International break but, they are expected to return to London soon as they are done with the International duties.
Chelsea’s Midfield has been boosted with the imminent return of N’Golo Kante to the starting lineup. The Frenchman returned to Chelsea Matchday squad against Everton before the International break and he has been working towards attaining Match fitness during the international break.
With N’Golo Kante back, Graham Potter might finally have the chance to field 3 Players in the Midfield by starting N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic and Enzo Fernandez together.
Some of the Players were involved in training session on Wednesday evening. Joao Felix, Mykhaylo Mudryk and Ben Chilwell who were all away on international duty were spotted in training. The 3 Players all featured for their respective National teams during the international break.
Earlier this week, Wesley Fofana and Reece James, who had to pull out of the camp of their National teams over injury concerns, were also seen in training. These are the Players that Graham Potter would want to be available if he wants to revert to the 4-3-3 formation.
