Former Chelsea boss, Frank Lampard has open up on bringing West Ham star, Declan Rice to Chelsea during his time in there.
Lampard reveals his interest on English international, Rice to Chelsea as one of his top priority then before he was sacked due to his poor performance.
Lampard: “I wanted to bring Declan Rice to Chelsea when I was there as a coach before, he was my top target”, Frank told @StevenBartlett.
“I was like… this kid, Declan, is going to be the captain of Chelsea for the next 10 years”.
Declan Rice agreed personal terms with Arsenal this summer as deal is moving to final stage.
