Graham Potter reveals reasons Aubameyang missed out of the FA Cup game against Manchester City

Pierre-Emerick Abameyang was not in today’s matchday squad, which raised some eyebrows – especially after Auabeyang looks annoyed as he was subbed off in midweek.

Graham Potter says he has a stiff back, which may well be true. It may well also not be true.

It also sounds very much like the kind of made up injury that either a player would make up to boycott a game, or a manager would make up to cover up the fact he’s punishing a player. But we just don’t know.
