How Chelsea star, Hakim Ziyech inspired Morocco in a 2-0 win over Chile

Chelsea football club of England dazzler Hakim Ziyech came out of international retirement to inspire Morocco national team to a remarkable 2-0 victory over Chile national team in a friendly match on Friday night.

The former Ajax Amsterdam football club star announced his retirement from international football earlier this year, following the misunderstanding between him and his former national team head coach, but he was given a surprise call-up by Morocco national team new coach few days ago.

Hakim Ziyech was given a surprise starting role by coach Regragui against Chile national team and he was able to perform excellently in the entertaining encounter.

Hakim Ziyech tried to break the deadlock for the home team in the early minutes of the first half, but his effort was saved by impressive away team goalkeeper, as the first half ended goalless.

Sofiane Boufal opened scoring for Morocco national team in the 66th minute via a penalty kick before Abdelhamid Sabiri doubled the lead in the 78th minute to end the match 2-0.

Hakim Ziyech was fantastic for Morocco national team in the game, and he was able to play a vital role in his team’s 2-0 victory.

The 29 years old will now be looking forward to continuing his impressive performance for the team when they play their next game against Paraguay national team next week.
