Jorginho and Gabriel Magalhaes have liked Fabrizio Romano’s Instagram post that claims Kai Havertz will join Arsenal from Chelsea.
The Italian journalist added that both Arsenal and Chelsea have agreed on a ‘£65 million’ fee for the 24-year-old.
Whilst the move hasn’t been confirmed yet by either party, Romano’s own ‘Here We Go’ Instagram post has been seen by his soon-to-be Arsenal teammates, Jorginho and Gabriel Magalhaes, who liked the below message.

That’s their seal of approval, as this possible Havertz deal has dived opinion amongst many, with some suggesting that they are simply making the same mistake they did with Nicolas Pepe, but others have claimed that Havertz is a player who ‘isn’t afraid’.
The Ivory Coast star is Arsenal’s club-record signing at £72 million (Sky Sports), but he has proven to be a huge disappointment, hence why he was on-loan last season.
Havertz will be hoping he doesn’t fall into the same category because, at the end of the day, it wasn’t Mikel Arteta who brought Pepe to the club.
Brave call from Arteta
This is bold and brave from Arteta, whose judgment is being trusted to the top of the hill and back by those running the ship at Arsenal.
Havertz only scored seven Premier League goals last season for a Chelsea side looking for a number nine and one that ended up finishing the campaign in the bottom-half.
Either way, if Arteta can get the ‘elegant’ German international producing the goods on a regular basis, then it will be a massive tick in the box and further proof that he is getting closer to ending the club’s long wait to win a title.
