Journalist Nizaar Kinsella has claimed that Chelsea midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka is now back in training following his recent injury woes.
He took to Twitter to state that the youngster is back on the grass, and is working on his fitness with club captain Reece James.
Chukwuemeka was proving to be one of the bright sparks for the club in the early stages of the season, as an opportunity presented itself for him to begin the season as a starter.
An injury suffered by Christopher Nkunku in pre-season saw an opportunity come up for someone to take his role behind the striker.
It turned out that the former Aston Villa man was the one handed it, and he looked like he was beginning to make the most of it.
He scored his first goal for the club in the second game of the season against West Ham, with the quality showing exactly how far he was coming at the club.

However, minutes later he went down with an injury that many feared could be a serious problem for the young Englishman.
Kinsella has now claimed that Chukwuemeka is now back on the grass, as he approaches a return from injury soon.
He said: “Carney Chukwuemeka is doing solo training on grass with Reece James. His loss was low-key a big moment for Chelsea after a positive pre-season and his first goal for the club.”
When he does return, he may find minutes harder to come by than before.
Since his injury, the club have signed Cole Palmer from Manchester City, with the intention being that he can play along the frontline.
There will also be the return of Nkunku at some point this year too.
