Mauricio Pochettino spotted on his first training at Cobham

Mauricio Pochettino has always been a manager who is prepared to back and put his trust in young players, something he proved at Tottenham.

It worked well for him at Spurs, and he had a successful time there working with a core group of young players. Now at Chelsea, Pochettino has a similar setup there with a group of young players that he is going to need to show some faith in if he wants to have a good time at the club and start a successful era.

One player he has at his disposal coming back in from a great loan move with Brighton, is defender Levi Colwill. And Pochettino has big plans for him according to The Evening Standard.

They claim that Trevoh Chalobah is facing uncertainty over his Chelsea future, and that is because Mauricio Pochettino ready to fast-track Levi Colwill into a prominent role at Stamford Bridge.

They go on to say that Pochettino ideally wants to work with only four centre backs, meaning one more will have to be sold.
