Mykhailo Mudryk confirm shirt number reveals (Photos and Video)

Chelsea has confirmed the jersey number of their new signing Mykhailo Mudryk ahead of their game against Liverpool in the English Premier League. Chelsea signed the Ukrainian forward from Shakhtar Donetsk and went on to sign an eight-and-a-half-year contract deal with the Blues.

Chelsea released an official statement on their website to confirm Mudryk’s jersey number.

“Mykhailo Mudryk will wear the number 15 for Chelsea this season. The Ukrainian joined the Blues from Shakhtar Donetsk on an eight-and-a-half-year contract earlier today, with the forward to be presented to the fans at Stamford Bridge during half-time of our Premier League encounter with Crystal Palace.

“Mudryk, who can play either in a wide position or as a forward, has elected to wear the number 15 shirt for the remainder of the season and will hope to make his Chelsea debut against Liverpool next weekend.

“The 22-year-old attacker, who wore the No.10 jersey at his former club, is a skilful player with plenty of paces. Mudryk has quickly built a reputation as one of the most dangerous attacking players in Europe in one-on-one situations. Primarily a wide player, he has featured on both wings for Shakhtar Donetsk, but many of his best performances came when cutting in from the left onto his preferred right foot.”
