Chelsea hosted Premier League relegation threatened Nottingham Forest at Stamford Bridge on Saturday Evening. Chelsea Boss Frank Lampard made big changes in the defence with Goalkeeper Edouard Mendy replacing Kepa covered by Chalobah, Thiago Silva, Badiashile and Lewis Hall in the defence. Chelsea fans were disgusted by Edourd Mendy defensive errors and making wrong Goalkeeping decisions that costed The Blues a clean sheet. Chelsea fans insisted that Kepa is better than Mendy hence the flop should be offloaded in the summer transfer window. Chelsea Goalkeeper Mendy had not started a Chelsea Premier League game since November 2023 hence he looked very rusty and unsettled in the team despite training a lot at Cobham with fellow Chelsea team mates.
