Following the announced departures of Karim Benzema, Marco Asensio, Eden Hazard, and Mariano Diaz, both Carlo Ancelotti and club president Florentino Perez are said to be interested in signing the German international. And, now, Real Madrid know how much they will need to fork out in order to sign Havertz. Indeed, according to Evening Standard’s Nizaar Kinsella, Chelsea will demand a transfer fee of £75m for the Merengues’ top target this summer.

Chelsea open talks for Neymar

This could be one the biggest stories around during the summer transfer window. Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly considering selling Neymar as the Ligue 1 champions attempt to refresh their squad. Linked with Manchester United and Newcastle, it could now be Chelsea who make the first move. Le10 Sport suggest the Blues have opened talks, with former manager Mauricio Pochettino having worked with him in the French capital.
