Right now he’s the latter. Asked about Antonio Rudiger’s future – he’s leaving the club as the coach admitted last week – he responded that he was also “curious” about where the defender was going to end up.
It’s very much a “don’t cry over spilt milk” situation, as he smiles through the pain of losing a key player for nothing.
We have confidence he’s the man to help us through the departure though.
