While the likes of Carney Chukwuemeka, David Datro Fofana, Noni Madueke, Lewis Hall and possibly Omari Hutchinson will be keen to get an opportunity to make there mark, one player who should be included in the mix is highly rated united state of America goalkeeper Gabriel Slonina.

The youngster joined Chelsea in the summer but spent the first six months on loan with Chicago fire in major league soccer, he linked up with Chelsea in January and have been training with the first team and have been representing the Chelsea reserve team.

Highly rated at Stamford bridge and touted as one of the most promising goalkeeper on the world, Gabriel Slonina needs a test of action with the first team before the season ends.

Firstly Chelsea do not need to get all three points which means pressure is not high, with Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy not really guaranteed to remain at Chelsea next season,this could be the perfect time to expose the young goalkeeper to the speed and requirements of the English premier league.
